Quality Assurance Framework and Activities
We are promoting quality improvement measures across all divisions through our Quality Management Division, which is independent of the Systems Division and the Services Division, and are committed to systematic quality improvement throughout entire project periods.
Specifically, we continuously assess project status by conducting budget and progress management using project management systems, including the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and thoroughly check quality through in-process reviews and upon completion of all processes.
In addition, management reviews are conducted by Executive Directors for projects that are more important in light of the scale of orders and the nature of the work, and reports are made to the Risk Management Committee. Status of particularly important projects is reported to the Board of Directors for further discussion and consideration to realize total quality and reliability.

Quality assurance meetings are held once a month to gain a better understanding of and share the progress of projects across divisions, and to avoid serious risks, reduce unprofitable projects, and ensure a certain level of quality.
