Information Security Policy

We believe that a corporation is supported by three elements: "its customers", "stakeholders including shareholders", and " its employees (all employees)", and that it is important to satisfy these elements, avoid antisocial behavior, and maintain and continue corporate activities while securing appropriate profits.  
The key in any business area is to identify what services to provide in order to ensure customer satisfaction and our ultimate goal is to provide these services on an ongoing basis. Therefore, we recognize that the role of security management is to prevent and control security risks and threats that impede the continued provision of our services. Based on this understanding, we have established an information security policy and will work to implement information security management to gain greater satisfaction and trust from our customers and ensure the continuous provision of our services.

1. Information security initiatives

We will establish a security management framework with a clear division of responsibilities, headed by executives, and strive to improve information security in line with advances in information technology, the development and maintenance of information systems, and the handling of information.

2. Compliance with laws and regulations

We will ensure that all employees comply with laws and regulations and internal information security regulations.

3. Education and training

We will provide officers and employees with education and training to raise their awareness of information security and ensure that they are fully aware of the importance of information security management.

4. Prevention of security failure accidents and response to accidents

We will strive to prevent security incidents and, should any incident occur, will promptly take approproate measures to prevent recurrence.

5. Measures against security violations

We will take action, including disciplinary action, in accordance with established regulations, against any employee found to be in violation of our information security policy and/or internal information security regulations.
