Sustainability Policy

Intelligent Wave has established a Code of Conduct as the basis for all of our business activities.
We believe that ensuring that each and every one of our employees act in accordance with these standards will enhance our corporate value and contribute to a sustainable society. For this reason, we have established a Corporate Code of Conduct as our sustainability policy.

Framework for Promoting Sustainability Activities

We  established a Sustainability Committee in April 2021 as a core body for the promotion of company-wide sustainability activities.
The Sustainability Committee consists of the Chief Executive Officer and Representative Director as the Chairperson, Executive Directors and Executive Officers, and acts under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors. The Committee meets once a quarter to discuss the identification and evaluation of, and progress of actions for, risks and opportunities related to sustainability issues and reports the results to the Board of Directors. Among matters reported by the Sustainability Committee, important decision-making matters are further discussed by the Board of Directors for deliberation and resolution.

We place great emphasis on stakeholder engagement in our sustainability activities. We aim to build relationships of trust with a wide range of stakeholders through active disclosure of information and dialogue with them. We will also incorporate opinions and/or feedback from stakeholders to promote sustainable growth and address social issues.
