Creating the “trust” essential for a sustainable society
Since our founding in 1984, IWI has maintained its desire to “Change the World and Create the Future,” and has provided numerous IT infrastructure that underpins society, including a non-stop card payment system that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Currently, under the banner “Transformation for the Future,” IWI is engaging in the transformation of its business, technology and human capital aimed at the realization of a sustainable society and our own sustainable growth.
IWI is taking on the challenge of creating new business by hybridizing its core technologies, which are its strengths, with cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, by using our long-standing relationships of trust with client companies and deepening our collaboration with DNP (Dai Nippon Printing) Group and other companies and organizations, we are working to solve today’s rapidly changing and increasingly complex social issues.
The company’s organizational culture of taking on challenges, like putting into practice a non-stop card payment system that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which was considered difficult in 1984, is also a strength of IWI. We share a common understanding of “Orchestration,” whereby every employee takes ownership and inspires each other to realize personal growth together with the company. We also focus on the strengthening of human capital towards the creation of new value.
In the advanced information society of the future that must harmonize the resolution of social issues with economic growth, highly reliable IT infrastructure that seamlessly connects diverse data and processes it with certainty in real time will be essential. IWI will continue to take on challenges in various business areas and contribute to the creation of a better future society through the provision of new value.
