Code of Conduct

We have established a Corporate Code of Conduct to serve as the basis for all business activities. By ensuring that our officers and employees comply with this Corporate Code of Conduct, we will strive to fulfill our social responsibilities and work to build a sustainable society.
1. Contribution to Society
We will always pursue sound management in order to contribute to the sound development of society and public welfare through our business activities. In addition, all officers and employees take pride in the role they play in enhancing social convenience through the services and new technologies we provide, and will continue to work on high-quality development activities.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We believe that compliance with relevant laws and regulations is the most important aspect of our corporate activities and have established a Compliance Manual for internal dissemination.
Our officers and employees understand not only the letter of the law but also the spirit and purpose thereof, and will always act with ethical judgement based on a sound conscience.
3. Information Management
We will not divulge confidential information (including personal information) obtained in the performance of our business activities, Company information, or information pertaining to third parties, except with the consent of the party involved, when required by law or when there is a justifiable reason to do so. Confidential information, etc. will be strictly managed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and internal regulations.
4. Protection of Intellectual Property
We are properly aware of and value the intellectual property of third parties.
Furthermore, we will in no way tolerate behavior that attempts to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
5. Strict Implementation of Fair and Impartial Transactions
In conducting transactions, we will act in good faith and in a fair manner. We will not engage in insider trading that favors specific shareholders or investors, transactions that provide benefits to a specific employee, conflict-of-interest transactions between us and other parties, or transactions that may result in a significantly unfair relationship with the counterparty of the transaction.
6. Disclosure
We will disclose important information relating to investment decisions in a timely, fair, accurate and easy-to-understand manner to all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, in accordance with our IR Policy.
7. Avoiding Involvement with Anti-Social Forces
We will always stand firm against anti-social forces that pose a threat to the safety of the public. In addition, we will resolutely oppose any contact from anti-social forces.
8. Establishing a Healthy Corporate Culture
Based on the belief that employees are our greatest management asset, we will provide employees with work that enables them to grow and create a comfortable working environment. We will also respect the personality and individuality of each employee, and provide appropriate evaluation and treatment based on the nature of their duties and the degree of contribution to business performance.
9. Respect for Human Rights
We will promote respect for human rights so that each and every officer and employee will respect each person as an individual and will not engage in or tolerate discrimination or disadvantageous treatment of any kind. To this end, we will provide appropriate education and, if we are found to have caused or contributed to any form of negative impact for which human rights remedies are necessary, we will take appropriate steps to remedy them.
10. Respect for Diversity
We will respect diversity, including culture, nationality, race, ethnicity, language, religion, values, gender, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability, and strive to realize a healthy and vibrant workplace.
11. Promotion of Health and Productivity Management
We will work on health and productivity management that maintains and improves the health of our employees to ensure the continuity of our business and enhance corporate value.
12. Consideration of the Global Environment
As a citizen of the earth, we are committed to the protection of the environment. We will establish and maintain a work environment that is friendly to both people and the global environment to achieve a balance between the protection of the natural environment and the safety of our employees.
