Shareholders can receive shareholder special benefit versions of our Virus Chaser (only Japanese Windows Ver.) antivirus software for up to five users for one year.

In the future we plan to provide new serial numbers to shareholders each quarter, and by re-entering these new serial numbers, shareholders can continue to use the software.
However, when provided as a shareholder special benefit, Virus Chaser is not eligible for the virus insurance program.
In addition, shareholders may continue to use one license free of charge as long as they continue to own Intelligent Wave stock, but the other four licenses expire at the end of the free trial period. Those who wish to continue using these licenses must pay an annual update fee of \1,995 per license and must register as users. These licenses will then qualify for the virus insurance program.
